Typically ( but not always!) occurring from 7-11pm on the FULL MOON of each month, the evening's highlight is usually a talk or other short production by our current Artist-in Residence onboard, followed by other visiting artists and/or local creatives. Improvised presentations by audience members are also very welcome: whoever wants to sing, play, perform or show us something cool will have the most appreciative audience in all of New York! During the warm months, the salons happen outdoors on our Main Deck in fall and winter or when it rains, we gather at Last Frontier NYC, Captain Sol’s studio by the water a few blocks away.
